Rasheed Hammouda is a former advisor turned entrepreneur with a decade of experience in wealth and asset management. As Head of Product at Compound, he leads the Product team in development and execution of product strategy. Rasheed is an experienced builder, and brings a broad technologist's eye to problem solving and product development. He specializes in commercially focused product development that spans customer segments as small as single license buyers to large publicly traded enterprises. Before joining Compound, Rasheed CoFounded and as CEO scaled BridgeFT, a WealthTech data and software provider, to over 55BN in AUA and nearly 300 clients. He brings a diverse set of experience as a consultant, analyst, and advisor in the industry prior to his work as a entrepreneur. Outside of work, Rasheed can be found hiking with his dog and friends, or putting his training as a chef to work in his own kitchen.
