Steven Ramina is an experienced Revenue Operations Associate at Compound Planning with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry and the CFP® designation. Within Compound Planning, he is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the tools essential for serving our clients and optimizing our internal processes. With his in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, Steven provides valuable cross-functional insights to stakeholders across the company, ensuring that our decision-making processes are well-informed and data-driven. Before joining Compound Planning, Steven gained experience in various capacities within the financial services industry, including individual contributor and managerial roles at a multi-billion dollar RIA. Additionally, he has shared his expertise as a process and technology consultant to over 40 RIAs. Outside of work, Steven is an outdoors enthusiast who enjoys skiing, biking, running, and hiking. He also spends much of his time exploring parks with his kids, reading science fiction, and playing strategy board games. He lives in Bend, Oregon with his wife, Addy, and their two children, Enzo and Juno.
