Tenniel joined Compound Planning in 2024, bringing a background in marketing strategy, content development, and operations. He supports the marketing team across design, analytics, and project management—helping ensure campaigns are efficient, data-driven, and creatively executed. Before joining Compound, Tenniel gained experience in marketing and business development, managing campaigns, leading creative projects, and improving workflow systems. He has a background in Psychology from Central Philippine University, which enhances his understanding of communication, motivation, and team dynamics. Tenniel and his wife, Lorrain, live with their daughter, Rebecca, and their fat cat, Miracle. In his free time, he enjoys gaming, fixing electronics, and playing Minecraft with his daughter.
