Compound Planning has a service arrangement with April Tax Solutions, Inc. (“april”), TrackCPA (“Track”), and Agent Technologies, Inc. (“Agent”), all unaffiliated tax preparation firms. Compound Planning offers its advisory clients the option to obtain tax filing services through April, Track, and Agent, for which Compound is compensated for coordinating the tax filing process. Compound clients are under no obligation to utilize these services.
